This is a blog the students at UMT started to follow the trial. It is the biggest environmental law trial in the US ever!! Even larger than Erin Brockovich! I hope they get what's coming to them...
So I'm reading "The Air that Kills" and while it's fairly biased against Grace, there seems to be lots of information and documentation. Peronard was introduced in the beginning of the scandel and he was a non-believer at first because he thought the townsfolk were crazy and that there could not be a cover-up of this magnitude. As time went by he couldn't hide the facts and indeed became one of the biggest supporters of the town of Libby. He has balls so hopefully he will make good use of them in court!!

Sounds like the lawyers for Grace are trying to make Peronard look like the bad guy... They will try anything to hide their own dirty laundry...
