A few pictures.
He's getting away...
This time I had the camera with me. .. Caught him hiding in the grass...
This is just a tiny flower with some kind of fly on it.
These flowers have a bulb on them that the Indians dug and ate...
Is that purple, blueish flower like our Camas, the little bulb that the local Indians ate, I remember we learned about it in Idaho History and I used to see them all the time, even in the school yard at Lakeland, now I very rarely ever see any. I wonder if hat means the soil conditions have changed to the point that they don't grow much here any more.

Your camera takes such good close up shots! I don't know if I'd want to be that close to the rattler though, YIKES!!
