Unfortunately I HAVE heard of telomeres! Ugh! No genetics for me, I'll just see patients, thanks.
The stones are very pink - the rhodo I've seen has been way more red, almost garnet-like. But both are very beautiful!
Hey Granny! I too have heard of telomeres - from genetics in undergrad. How's that for retention? Not to say that I could describe mitosis in detail now, but I got the concept.
Lisa, I didn't know that you had to have a course in genetics to get a degree in Physical therapy. I really do learn someting new every day.
