Bored
Hey Everybody! How are things at your end of the wire? I'm kinda bored here in Spokane, WA. I think this can be attributed to the last day of spring break. Tomorrow I have to go back to torturing students with physics lectures, labs and quizes. Oh well, it's good for em'! Builds character!
I had a pretty good break, I got lots of work done around the house and some work stuff that needed to be done but wasn't critical in terms of day to day responsibilities. Yesterday, I went up to 49 Degrees North to do a little snowboarding. It was a pretty good outing. The sun was out and the snow wasn't too bad in terms of being too slushy.
Below is a picture I took with my cell phone. For a while I was bringing my camera up but I stopped doing that because it seems like whenever the fresh snow comes, it is accompanied by thick fog.

Another thing that was pretty neat on my trip to '49' was that I saw a long tailed weasel while riding the chairlift. It was running across the run and I thought "what the hell is that?" It was really skinny and long-bodied compared to a squirrel. It also was bleach-white with a tail that was as long as it's body. The tail had a black tip on it. When I got home I started looking through google images and I'm pretty sure what I saw was a long tailed weasel. I wish I would have got a picture of it but I didn't have my cell phone out and in camera mode.
Well I have a bunch of chores I need to get done so I'd better get cracked on em'.
